PLACER COUNTY REPUBLICAN PARTY ENDORSEMENTS

The Placer County Republican Party has released its official list of endorsed candidates for the June 8th primary election.

“I am pleased that we have such a strong lineup of well-qualified Republican candidates to endorse,” said Party Chairman Tom Hudson. “The momentum is clearly on the Republican side at the local level, as well as statewide and nationally. This will be a great year.”

Endorsed candidates:

  • Lt. Governor: Sam Aanestad
  • Secretary of State: Damon Dunn
  • 3rd Assembly District: Dan Logue
  • 4th Assembly District: Ted Gaines
  • 4th Congressional District: Tom McClintock
  • Supervisor, 1st District: Rocky Rockholm
  • Auditor-Controller: Casey Tanner
  • District Attorney: Scott Owens
  • Treasurer-Tax Collector: Jenine Windeshausen
  • Assessor: Kristen Spears
  • Clerk-Recorder-Registrar: Jim McCauley

  • Proposition 16: No
  • Proposition 17: Yes
